Job Description
- Creating designs for the weapons and interactive objects that bring our games to life.
- Joining in the design process and solving problems using visuals.
- Working closely with the Art Director, Lead 3D Weapon Artist (that will provide you with guidance and supervision) and the art team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in game concept art roles.
- The ability to turn ideas into images.
- Proficiency in designing for the digital world via photobashing and digital painting while paying close attention to references.
- Solid technique and understanding of 3D form, scale, perspective, composition, color, values and textures in terms of hard surface design.
- Creatively solving technically challenging tasks and problems.
- Understanding and familiarity with existing firearms and functionality of their mechanics.
- The ability to think outside the box.
- Ease and efficiency when working in a team.
- Feedbacking team members.
- Familiarity with the state of the art in the latest movies and games, and the ability to represent that quality.
- Commitment to the project and a desire to find the best possible way of completing it.
