Techland S.A. maintains a dedicated communication channel for law-enforcement authorities and other competent public authorities requesting preservation or disclosure of electronic evidence.

Official requests, including communications relating to European Production Orders and European Preservation Orders under Regulation (EU) 2023/1543, may be submitted to:

This mailbox is monitored under Techland's internal law-enforcement request handling process. Authorities are requested to include the issuing authority, legal basis, relevant case or reference number, requested data and applicable deadline.

Use of another Techland communication channel does not automatically invalidate or exclude a request; however, use of the dedicated address will facilitate prompt handling and escalation.
