Licensing Manager

You’ll be responsible for building licensing deals and partnerships with companies and brands that will enrich the out-of-game and in-game experience of our players.

Your daily tasks:

  • Acting as the product owner for all licensing deals for Techland IPs
  • Building licensing/partnership strategy in cooperation with the Marketing team
  • Finding new prospects based on the company’s brand vision and commercial goals
  • Working closely with development teams
  • Working with partners and agencies to identify new leads and new areas of licensing
  • Monitoring the market for new hot brands and products
  • Executing signed deals with the help of internal and external teams
  • Defining the direction in which Techland IPs can develop 
  • Acting as Techland brands’ ambassador in front of partners from different countries and industries 

You meet our expectations if you:

  • Have had a licensing or brand partnership management experience - preferably in games, digital services or entertainment -  for at least 3 years
  • Have a great understanding of the gaming industry 
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Speak impeccable English
  • Know 1001 ways to solve a problem
  • Are a project management rock star 
  • Are a gamer (a big advantage)
