Job Description
As a member of the legal team, you will be responsible for preparing basic legal documents,
performing legal research and providing ongoing assistance.
Your daily tasks:
- Organizing and maintaining legal files and records in an orderly manner.
- Conducting legal research on various issues relevant to the company’s operations.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts, in particular non-disclosure, distribution.
- License and outsource agreements, with Polish and foreign contractors.
- Preparing basic corporate documents.
- Helping in the creation and update of company policies and procedures.
- Support in other ongoing legal issues as required.
Qualifications
- First year trainee (aplikant radcowski lub adwokacki) or recent Polish law graduate.
- Know how to work with MS Office and Google (G-Sheets, G-Docs) / LEX tools.
- Very good command of English (at least B2 level), with some basic legal language knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Diligent and well-organized,
- Interest in the gaming industry.
- Ability to work with contracts, using knowledge of civil law and intellectual property law.
