Job Description
- Supporting role in development teams and environment maintenance.
- Monitoring of systems and network operation.
- Software installation and workstations configuration.
- Taking part in various IT projects - infrastructure development, system integration and security management.
- Technical support and problem solving - hardware, software and IT system related issues.
- Handling accounts, access and permissions.
- Hardware logistics and keeping track of IT equipment inventory.
- Implementing security requirements and system patching.
Qualifications
- At least secondary level of IT education, a university degree in an IT related field will be an advantage.
- Administrator level of knowledge in one or more fields: Microsoft Windows / Active Directory, MAC OS, Office365, Google Docs/Sheets.
- Practical knowledge of LAN computer networks, workstation infrastructure and server environments.
- Practical knowledge about operation and configuration of multifunctional printing devices, networks, wifi, network printing, projectors and audio equipment.
- Practical experience with commonly used office equipment (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc.).
- Very good command of English.
Nice to have:
- Administering Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
- LAN/WAN issue solving.
- Version control systems, preferably Perforce.
- Administering Continuous Integration environment, preferably Jenkins.
- Script writing and work automatization.
