Job Description
Your daily tasks:
Ensuring the continuity and stability of our external projects, mainly from the technical perspective.
Liaising with internal and external development teams to oversee game production, including quality and KPI follow-ups, providing feedback, brand approvals, and facilitating milestone approvals.
Tracking schedules, identifying risks, troubleshooting communication/dependency issues.
Solving all issues related to changes in the production environment (releases, merges, new builds).
Communication with internal/external development teams to maintain stability of the environment, drive consensus on technical decisions and inform about all implemented changes/solutions.
Creating a truly collaborative ecosystem between internal/external teams (motivating teams, resolving conflicts, stimulating creativity).
Being responsible for demonstrations and presentations of the projects, ensuring they seamlessly reach their milestone goals.
Supporting project administration (documentation, reporting, budgeting, risk management).
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a proven agile practitioner, able to promote, implement and execute agile methodology.
Experience in video game production (with at least 1 released title as a Producer or Project Manager).
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
True passion for video games - you are a gamer at heart who wants to become a part of the team that creates amazing games recognized and appreciated around the world.
Excellent problem solving skills, going beyond stereotypical and obvious solutions.
Very good command of English.
