Your daily tasks:

• managing recruitment processes through their full cycle,
• carrying out direct search activities, screenings, and selection of candidates,
• preparing and negotiating job offers,
• working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders,
• collaborating with HRBP, Administration and Payroll teams,
• participating in a variety of industry events,
• ensuring a high level of Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process - providing timely feedback, and ensuring a ‘high touch’ experience for candidates.

Qualifications

• extensive experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (including direct search),
• interest in and knowledge of various methods/tools for search and selection (especially for specialists and senior positions, preferably in the games industry),
• fluent Polish and strong English language skills,
• highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills,
• experience in recruiting in the game industry,
• a passion for video games.
