Your daily tasks:
- managing recruitment processes through their full cycle,
- carrying out direct search activities, screenings, and selection of candidates,
- preparing and negotiating job offers,
- working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders,
- collaborating with HRBP, Administration and Payroll teams,
- participating in a variety of industry events,
- ensuring a high level of Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process - providing timely feedback, and ensuring a ‘high touch’ experience for candidates.
Qualifications
- extensive experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (including direct search),
- interest in and knowledge of various methods/tools for search and selection (especially for specialists and senior positions, preferably in the games industry),
- fluent Polish and strong English language skills,
- highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills,
- experience in recruiting in the game industry,
- a passion for video games.
