Job Description
Your daily tasks:
Campaign execution:
- Planning, setting up, and managing advertising campaigns on the following platforms:
- Google Ads (Performance Max, Demand Gen, Video)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- X Ads (formerly Twitter)
- PlayStation Ad Net (PlayStation Store)
Optimization:
- Continuous testing and improvement of campaigns to achieve better results.
- Budget management, cost optimization, and maximizing ROAS/ROI.
- Staying up to date on the latest ad network trends and implement them in Techland’s marketing campaigns.
- We expect testing new solutions, conducting A/B tests, and implementing "out of the box" ideas.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Real-time monitoring of campaign performance.
- Preparing performance reports based on data from Google Analytics 4, advertising platforms, and other analytics tools.
- Providing recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Audience segmentation and targeting based on available data.
Team collaboration:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing tactics.
- Collaborating with marketing partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Online Marketing Manager, Senior PPC Manager, or related positions focusing on implementing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in working with various advertising platforms like Google and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns with diverse goals – sales, lead generation, brand awareness, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Analytical mind with a passion for measuring data.
- Strong project management and managerial skills.
- Very good command of English.
