PPC Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Designing online marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing, community, and business teams
  • Setting right goals for building awareness and sales, measured by right KPIs 
  • Planning, executing and reporting PPC campaigns - in particular Social Ads (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, vKontakte)
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns by using digital metrics
  • Deliver data-driven suggestions aimed to improve marketing campaigns
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party agencies and partners, ensuring effective and efficient cooperation
  • Identify and report on marketing trends, tactics, and technologies and propose recommendations that improve Techland’s campaigns.

You meet our expectations if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working with Paid Social Ads - awareness, traffic, lead generation, sales campaigns 
  • You feel comfortable with implementing pixel tracking for your campaigns (Google Tag Manager, Google Tag Assistant, Facebook Pixel)
  • You've got experience using digital analytics (Google Analytics, etc) to evaluate campaigns, perform A/B & multivariate testing
  • You’re willing to develop your paid campaigns skills - running programmatic/SEM campaigns
  • You have outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
  • You pay attention to detail and have the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • You have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • You’re proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or their equivalent
  • You're comfortable working with 3rd-party vendors to drive execution of programs and identify new opportunities; you can handle negotiations to get the best deal for your projects
  • You are a gamer, you can implement marketing campaigns engaging players
  • You speak English fluently
