On top of continuously growing the world of Dying Light through a robust post-launch support plan for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, we're also working on an unannounced AAA Open World Action RPG set in a brand new fantasy universe; our biggest project to date.

Your daily tasks:
- creating the basic framework for the online presence of the Dying Light franchise, and directing continuous operations of this project,
- directing a specialist team of designers (through lead online game designer) to:
- maintain the growth of product services after launch - creating and integrating new features, maintenance and balancing of existing features,
- develop in-game engagement programs, events and promotions based on a deep understanding of game metrics & performance,
- tracking and reporting the performance of all online projects and systems,
- strategic planning of the game development - working closely with franchise stakeholders and the analytics team
- supporting global marketing plans for all post-launch content with insights and clear, concise information regarding the development of the game.
You meet our expectations if you have:
- at least 7 years of game design experience (preferably working on AAA titles),
- experience working as a Game Director or LiveOps/Online Director,
- thorough knowledge of all aspects of game development and deep understanding of data driven game design,
- experience in strategic campaign planning and execution, specifically post launch/live services,
- up to date knowledge about the video game industry and current market trends, especially regarding post launch and online components,
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
- very good command of English.
