Lead Level Artist


Your daily tasks:

  • leading the development and creation of high-quality AAA levels and locations - defining ideas, plans and tasks for locations/levels and carrying them out based on general guidelines, processes and procedures
  • supervising the work of the LA team in terms of visual arts - to ensure the quality of art and implementation of tasks
  • creating levels by setting the rough geometry of locations (terrain shape, buildings, interior walls), finishing locations and cutscenes with existing meshes and decals, lighting locations and cutscenes to enhance the mood and to help direct gameplay and optimizing locations
  • closely collaborating with Lead Level Designer, Lead 3D Artist, Lead Enviro Concept Artist and Art Director and Tech Art Director and other people involved in creating game locations

You meet our expectations if you have:

  • 2+ years as a Lead Level Artist or 4+ years as a Senior Level Artist in AAA project,
  • extensive knowledge of level art, lighting, optimization, asset pipeline creation,
  • experience in leading a team of artists, 
  • very good command of English, Polish is a big plus 
  • passion for games and knowledge of the gaming industry from the player’s perspective,
  • excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • excellent leading and teamwork skills,
  • an eye for details, real-world and game references,
  • proficiency in 2D or 3D graphics suites (Adobe Photoshop, 3DS Max/Blender).
