Job Description
Your daily tasks:
- Learning new technologies and tools used in the company.
- Analysis and development of existing game features and engine systems.
- Debugging and optimizing game features and engine systems.
- Creating debugging tools and documentation.
- Designing, implementing, and testing simple game and engine mechanics.
- Participating in project meetings, team meetings, and code reviews.
- Attending training sessions and receiving mentorship from more experienced programmers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in C++.
- Knowledge of fundamental algorithms.
- Understanding of mathematics sufficient to work with 3D space.
- Basic understanding of industry concepts.
- Being up to date with the latest titles and trends in computer games.
- Passion for creating games.
- Proactivity and initiative to solve problems without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Determination and persistence when facing obstacles.
- Eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Very good communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with commercial game projects.
- Familiarity with engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Knowledge of version control systems.
- Participation in game jams and developing personal game-related projects.
