Job Description
Your daily tasks:
Supporting lead producers in the daily organization of work for development teams
Creating and updating tasks, schedules, and reports
Assisting in coordinating work between departments
Responding to production issues and proposing solutions
Participating in team meetings, taking notes on decisions, and ensuring they are followed through
Taking initiative — you will truly have an impact
Qualifications
A high level of commitment and willingness to learn — passion and attitude are more important to us than experience,
Excellent organization of your own work and that of others,
Proactiveness — you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do, you take initiative,
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team,
Resilience to stress and shifting priorities,
Familiarity with tools like Jira / Confluence / Sheets is a plus, but we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Advanced English proficiency.

Advanced Polish proficiency.
