Jira Administrator

As a Jira Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and organizing projects on the JIRA platform, as well as configuring the layout, design, workflows, and dashboards.
As a JIRA Administrator, you will act as an owner of the platform, working closely with Producers & other projects team members to ensure that the best practice is followed, and the platform is kept up to date and working effectively.
Your daily tasks:
- closely collaborating with a team of producers, helping to ensure that the Jira best practices are followed, and the platform is up to date
- serving as a subject matter expert of both, Jira and Confluence
- providing hands-on support and creating documentation/supporting training materials
- identifying ways to improve Jira process workflows to achieve functionality that can meet stakeholder’s need
- implementing new Jira projects, workflows, integrations and customisations that will help deliver an efficient operation
- managing the tool to help ensure that the information within is accurate
- front-end system maintenance (Sprints, Boards, Reporting, Dashboards) and back-end system maintenance (backups, indexing, configuring scheduled jobs etc.)
- managing authorizations/roles in order to keep the platform consistent and secure
You meet our expectations if you have:
- 5 years of experience in being a JIRA Administrator.
- 3 years of experience in being a Confluence Administrator.
- Expert knowledge of Atlassian solutions.
- Proven track record of working with agile teams and multiple stakeholders to deliver the required results.
- Implemented numerous working JIRA platform dashboards, layouts, boards, etc.
- JIRA development experience is a plus.
- Good command of English and Polish.
- Proactivity, “can do” attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a highly variable, dynamic environment.
- Forward-thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
