Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Organic Influencer Relations Manager to join our team and lead our earned media efforts with content creators and influencers across various gaming and social media platforms. This role will focus on building and maintaining organic relationships with content creators, influencers and opinion leaders to increase organic coverage and visibility for our products, particularly the Dying Light franchise.
The team you are joining:
The Organic Influencer Relations Manager reports to the Global PR Lead and collaborates closely with a paid influencer manager and with members from different paid marketing, social media and community teams.
Your daily tasks:
Develop and execute organic influencer strategies to expand visibility of our products among gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle audiences
Build and maintain relationships with content creators, from up-and-coming to established influencers
Lead the Techland Creator Program and other creator-focused programs and serve as the the company’s primary point of contact for influencers, opinion leaders and their representatives
Create and implement creative campaigns and pitches to secure meaningful coverage and content opportunities
Organize and secure reviews/previews for our products in partnership with the Public Relations team
Manage and grow the community of creators interested in covering our products
Attend industry events and leverage networking opportunities to generate visibility
Qualifications
Proven experience in influencer management, PR, talent management, or as a content creator
Already established network of existing relationships with creators is a significant plus
University degree is not mandatory; we value relevant experience from diverse backgrounds
Deep understanding of creator trends and social media platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Instagram, TikTok and others)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Creative problem-solving abilities and experience in developing memorable creator experiences
Passion for gaming, particularly the Dying Light franchise
Additional Information:
This role’s main goal is building and maintaining earned and organic relationships
You will collaborate closely with paid influencer initiatives but primarily focus on maximizing organic opportunities
Regular engagement with core fans and creators is expected
Travel may be required for networking and industry events
