Finance Specialist


Main responsibilities:

  • participation in the process of an accounting transfer from an external accounting office,
  • registering purchase and sales invoices / registering voucher request documents
  • settling account balances of the general ledger and of contractors,
  • preparation of GUS (CSO), INTRASTAT, and NBP declarations, as well as PFRON documentation (State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled),
  • handling Fixed Assets, depreciation value calculation,
  • recording leasing in the financial system,
  • preparing VAT declarations,
  • monitoring and aging of receivables,
  • payroll accounting,
  • participation in the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements,
  • participation in the preparation and calculation of CIT.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a minimum of three years of professional experience in the finance department,
  • has practical knowledge of accounting principles and tax law,
  • is characterized by maturity and responsibility,
  • has the ability to think analytically and to collect and process a large amount of various data,
  • has solid organizational skills and is able to effectively manage time, multitask, and set priorities,
  • knows English very well.
