Job Description
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Leading the creative marketing team.
- Organizing regular internal workshops and developing creative skills in the team.
- Setting developmental goals that will help grow your team.
Conceptual Work:
- Developing creative briefs, translating them into creative concepts.
- Supporting business units with creative approach and fresh ideas.
Creative Direction and Oversight:
- Establishing creative direction and supervising: marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and all marketing assets.
- Setting the bar for the quality and creativity of assets.
- Providing final feedback for any creative asset before its release.
Consistency and Brand Alignment:
Ensuring that designs/assets are consistent and aligned with each other and the Brand Book.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to produce high-quality creative content.Cooperating with game developers to implement their assets.
- Understanding Franchise & Brand needs, close cooperation with appropriate teams working in those fields.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or creative direction within the game development industry.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, gaming trends, and target audience preferences.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into brand strategies and creative concepts.
- Knowledge of brand management principles and best practices.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing/brand campaigns from strategic creation to final delivery.
- Experience in creating creative concepts across a variety of mediums.
- Experience working with briefs and stakeholders to create fresh ideas.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Very good command of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in one or more areas: 3D art, character animation, motion graphics, editing, sound design, VFX, graphic composition, typography, graphic design or illustration, creating marketing texts/headlines.
