Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager with a primary focus on video content, you will be responsible for engaging with our online community and creating compelling video content for platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. You will also supervise the production of the video content for the aforementioned platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and build a loyal following on TikTok and YouTube.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging video content that aligns with our brand's tone and values.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms to maintain positive interactions with the community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, identify trends, and generate ideas for video content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok and YouTube to maximize our reach and impact.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our video content strategy.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand our brand's reach and drive engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators related to community engagement and video content.


  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or a similar role, with a focus on video content creation and management on TikTok and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of best practices for video production and editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, especially TikTok and YouTube.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the target audience and industry trends.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the success of community engagement efforts and video content performance
