Administrative Office Specialist


Main tasks:

  • day-to-day service of the telephone exchange - connecting calls, giving and transferring information,
  • company correspondence handling - sending, receiving, recording and sorting mail,
  • support of the Human Resources Department in keeping records of employees' working time and holidays,
  • organization of catering for employees, preparation of catering for meetings, guest reception,
  • control of office supplies and food supplies,
  • ongoing cooperation with external companies (couriers, vending companies, suppliers of office supplies),
  • operation of office equipment (photocopier, scanner),
  • ongoing "office assistance" for the company's employees. 

We expect:

  • impeccable manner, communicativeness and being highly presentable,
  • dynamism and good organization of your own work,
  • effectiveness, accuracy, responsibility,
  • practical knowledge of MS Office,
  • good command of the English language,
  • a Polish B Category driving license,
  • minimum secondary education.
