Customer Insights Lead

Your daily tasks:

  • Designing an agenda of customer research and analysis 
  • Mapping and connecting crucial information data sources into one customer database
  • Bringing the gamer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations
  • Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs and game development
  • Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities
  • Devising actionable strategies from customer insights
  • Building a gamer personas for company’s titles and translating it into marketing target groups
  • Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects
  • Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports

You meet our expectations if:

  • You have prior experience within a similar role
  • You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research
  • You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions
  • You are familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story
  • You have strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio
  • You’re proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or their equivalent
  • You are a strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills
  • You have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • You are a gamer yourself and possess knowledge of gaming industry
  • You are always curious, love to validate hypotheses and translate them into actionable insights
  • You speak English fluently
