CEO Assistant


Your daily tasks:

  • managing the time schedule of the CEO: organizing and monitoring meetings, coordinating agenda, organizing business trips,
  • ensuring the correct flow of information and documents,
  • representing CEO to external and internal contacts,
  • preparing presentations, translations, research and meeting reports,
  • supporting CEO in other activities and ad hoc tasks

You meet our expectations if you have:

  • minimum 2-3 years of experience on a similar position,
  • project management background,
  • very good command of English,
  • high interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
  • extensive experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
  • ability to work under time pressure,
  • maturity and reliability,
  • flexibility and proactiveness.
